                     Clinical History: A 35 year old woman presented with a  painless lobulated mass

                     in the vulva which infiltrated into the surrounding soft tissue. 

                      The patient had a past history of a nodular tumour at the same site which

                      was surgically removed six years ago.

                     Immunohistochemistry:          Immunopositive for actin & desmin . 

                                                                           Negative for S100 protein.
