          Clinical History: A 65 year old Asian man  presented with a large multilobulated mass on

            the right upper extremity .Over five years the mass gradually increased in size, to become

            6cm in diameter.  The tumour was surgically excised and sent for histopathological

            examination

             Gross: Multilobulated fleshy mass 6cm in maximum diameter. Cut surface has a translucent

            mucoid appearance. 

       Immunohistochemistry: Vimentin- positive.  Smooth muscle actin-   focally positive
