                  Clinical History: A 58 year old male with an erythematous, crusted plaque

                      (4cm in diameter)  in the perianal region.   The tumour cells show strong

                      positivity for PAS , mucicarmine and alcian blue.

                    Immunohistochemistry:  CEA : positive,  CK7: positive,   CK20 : negative.
