Clinical History: A 75 year old man was admitted with a reddish-violet nodule,
1.5 cm in diameter , on the forehead .
The lesion was surgically excised with a wide margin of excision.
The patient had one palpable cervical lymph node. The pathology report confirmed
the presence of metastatic tumour. There was no evidence of any distant metastases.
