                Clinical History: A 28 year old female presents with a slow-growing painless

                   mass on the anterior portion of the left thigh. 

                Gross:  Poorly circumscribed, soft and friable mass. Cut surface of the tumour

                   has a  grayish-red appearance with large areas of necrosis and hemorrhage.
