in the right axilla.
Histological features:

- Broad, acantholytic suprabasal vesicle.
- Prominence of acantholytic keratinocytes.
- Intercellular edema causing partial acantholysis giving the characteristic 'dilapidated brick wall'
appearance.
- Occasional dyskeratotic cells are present.
- There is downward elongation of rete ridges.
- Papillae covered by keratinocytes (villi) protrude into the bulla.
