                Clinical History:  A 38 year old man with a slow growing, reddish blue  nodule , 3 cm in diameter,

           on the right side of the chest. The tumour is of two years duration.

           A wide excision 2 cm beyond the lesion is performed.

                Gross:  Cut surface has a firm, gray white appearance.
