                  Clinical History: A 78 year old female with a deep-seated mass, at the apex of the right  scapula,

                  present for 8 years . On palpation the lesion is firm and free from the overlying  skin.

                  The patient was involved for many years in heavy repetitive work.

                  Gross features:   A spherical firm lesion 6 cm in diameter.  Sectioning  reveals  greyish-white

                   appearance with focal cystic degeneration.
