Clinical History: A 25 year old male presented with abdominal pain.

Barium enema x-ray and colonoscopy revealed large sessile polyps in the rectum.

These are Hematoxylin and eosin sections from the rectal polyp.

Immunohistochemistry: Lymphoid follicle (germinal centres) - CD20 (L26)- positive B-cells.

Interfollicular area - CD3 and CD45RO (UCHL1)-positive T-cells.

Germinal centres -  B-cells are negative for BCL-2 .
