                    Clinical History:  A 36 year old male presented with hypopigmented macule on

                    the forehead and multiple papules on the face & around the mouth and

                    warty nodules on the extensor surfaces of the limbs.

                    Past medical history -  Visceral leishmaniasis 3yrs ago.  Biopsy from the skin lesion.
