                   Clinical History:  A 12 yr old boy with a firm nontender nodule, 2.5 cm in diameter,

               on the dorsal aspect of the left hand , present  for  more  than  6 months.

               Plain radiograph revealed no evidence of bony involvement, calcification or ossification.

               MRI and CT scan revealed that the nodule is confined to the subcutaneous tissue. 

              These are H&E sections from the nodule.
