              Clinical History:  A 45 old woman presented with breast pain and an ill defined nodule in the

          central part of the right breast. Mammography demonstrated rounded opaque mass in the

          central posterior  portion of the right breast. 

          MR imaging revealed a centrally located mass in the retroglandular region of the right breast.

          Patient had a history of breast augmentation 4 yrs ago.   ? Malignant tumour.
