                Clinical History:  A 45 year old male with a solitary sessile firm papule on the left side of the face.

                  The painless papule was present for several years.

                 Macroscopically the lesion is greyish-white in colour and 0.3cm in maximal dimension.

                 The patient had no sign of any other systemic disease.

                  The lesion was excised and no recurrences have been reported.

                                            

            S100 positive Schwann cells   Axons demonstrated by Neurofilament
