Clinical History: A 45 year old male with a slowly enlarging, painless , light tan, firm,
nodule on the right index finger.
The lesion is 1.5 cm in diameter and is attached to the tendon.
Immunohistochemical findings : Vimentin - Positive ; Smooth Muscle Actin- Positive ;
Desmin- Negative.
