             Clinical History:  A  24 year old male of Chinese origin, presented with a solitary, painless

                nodule of  6 years duration.  It was located in the neck, behind the jaw .

                Cervical lymphnodes were slightly enlarged.  The nodule was excised and sent for

                histopathological  examination.

                Haematological investigation revealed peripheral blood eosinophilia and raised ESR .

                Serum IgE level was also raised.

               Gross: The nodule is 3 cm in diameter with a rubbery consistency and ill-defined border.
