Lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma is a rare malignant epithelial tumour.

It is considered a subtype of the undifferentiated carcinomas, composed of islands of atypical, large, epithelial cells accompanied by a benign dense lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate.

It is usually represented by undifferentiated nasopharyngeal carcinoma, but it has also been described in many other anatomic locations.

Epstein-Barr Virus associated carcinoma with the morphology of lymphoepithelioma can arise from the middle ear.
